Team Coaching September 2026 (Pay in Full)

Do you want to work more effectively with teams? 

This course gives you solid foundations to work with a diverse range of teams as an effective team coach. The practical application and supervision help you to embed best practice alongside having space to explore your assignments in more detail.

You need to have had team coaching experience to sign up to the course this may be more informal as a leader or formal assignments: during the course you need to be working on team coaching assignments so we can look at how you apply the competencies and approaches we teach and support your development.

You will leave with 

  •  The clear understanding of the ICF team coaching competencies and how to demonstrate these 
  •  An understanding of how team coaching is different to group coaching, team facilitation and team building
  •  A range of ways to contract and structure effective team coaching session in different contexts 
  •  A clear understanding of the benefits of working with a co-coach  
  •  A knowledge of how to create a team coaching environment that is high in psychological safety and enables courageous conversations.
  • The skills to use psychometrics, team exercises and other tools to elicit powerful shifts in thinking
  • Feedback and developmental support so you can improve your practice 
  •  An understanding of how to work as a team coach: how to pitch your services and offers

  • Evidence-based models of team effectiveness and how to use them as a framework to help evoke awareness in the teams you work with

What do we cover 

Our ICF accredited course is taught by experienced team coaches and facilitators with a practical lens so you can think about how you apply your learning.

Our role is to support you to facilitate and lead great team coaching assignments which are impactful and allow teams to thrive.

We train you in a variety of techniques to support varied teams and ensure you feel confident about what you can do.

We include:

- Team Coaching Models 

- Using Psychometrics in team coaching 

- Systemic team coaching 

- The Neuroscience of a team: how to have more meaningful sessions using this lens

- Understanding neurodiversity within the team coaching space 

- Coaching Psychology and the power of emotional intelligence 

- Power and inclusion: what to consider

- Advanced group dynamics

We have a maximum of 15 people on the course so we can give tailored support to you so you can build your own team coaching practice with confidence. 

This course is designed and delivered by Ruth Kudzi, MCC, Fay Blakey PCC, Crystal Small, PCC and Merrisha Gordon who are all experienced team coaches and facilitators. 

The sessions will take place throughout 10-month period with one four-hour session per month.
