What do we cover
Our ICF accredited course is taught by experienced team coaches and facilitators with a practical lens so you can think about how you apply your learning.
Our role is to support you to facilitate and lead great team coaching assignments which are impactful and allow teams to thrive.
We train you in a variety of techniques to support varied teams and ensure you feel confident about what you can do.

- Using Psychometrics in team coaching
- Systemic team coaching
- The Neuroscience of a team: how to have more meaningful sessions using this lens
- Understanding neurodiversity within the team coaching space
- Coaching Psychology and the power of emotional intelligence
- Power and inclusion: what to consider
- Advanced group dynamics
We have a maximum of 15 people on the course so we can give tailored support to you so you can build your own team coaching practice with confidence.
This course is designed and delivered by Ruth Kudzi, MCC, Fay Blakey PCC, Crystal Small, PCC and Merrisha Gordon who are all experienced team coaches and facilitators.
The sessions will take place throughout 10-month period with one four-hour session per month.
